2. Payment:

- The service fee is due and payable upon the successful sale of your ​car facilitated by Auto Connect.

3. Refunds:

- The service fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances ​leading to the sale or any subsequent events affecting the transaction.

4. Listing Duration:

- By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Auto Connect to list your ​car for sale for a period determined by Auto Connect, unless otherwise ​agreed upon.

5. Negotiation:

- Auto Connect reserves the right to negotiate the final selling price ​with potential buyers on your behalf, aiming to achieve the best ​possible outcome for both parties.

7. Indemnification:

- By using Auto Connect’s services, you agree to indemnify and hold ​harmless Auto Connect, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any ​claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the sale of your ​car.

8. Governing Law:

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in ​accordance with the laws of Ghana.

9. Changes to Terms:

- Auto Connect reserves the right to amend these terms and ​conditions at any time, and such amendments shall be effective upon ​posting on our website or other notice provided to you.

By using Auto Connect's services, you agree to these terms and ​conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do ​not use our services.
